Braided Cable Glands

CY and SY cables require a special type of gland, one that will be able to cope with the braiding under the first level of insulation. Have a look at the chart below to find the correct gland for the job. These sizes may vary, as will the external diameter of the cable. Care must be taken.

Compression Glands

These glands offer a secure and waterproof glanding option for cable. They are also inexpensive and are available in a wide range of colours. Please check the external diameter of your cable to choose your correct gland.
