The NPC22U3W is a 13A switched socket with USB charger from BG Electrical's Nexus decorative accessories range. It is a two gang (double socket) featuring 2 x type A USB (3.1A) charging sockets, with white inserts and a polished chrome finish. It features Smart USB connectivity adapting to lower amperage items to prevent overloading. The NPC22U3W has a modern, slim profile with no visible plastic around the switch. It requires a minimum mounting box depth of 25mm, ideal for retrofit, and has angled colour coded terminals with captive screws. The BG Electrical NPC22U3W has a terminal capacity 3 x 2.5mm², 3 x 4.0mm², 2 x 6.0mm² and twin earth fitted as standard to allow a double earth facility for installations requiring high integrity protective connection Ref. BS 76712008. It is manufactured to BS 133 part 2 standards and comes with a 10 year guarantee.
